Vesratio merges with Henkaus; Announces New Company Hoivita

Lappeenranta-based HealthTech growth companies Henkaus and Vesratio’s merger creates remote healthcare solutions to ensure seniors ageing in place, prolong independent living, and assist with solutions that address the nursing shortage globally. 

Hoivita is hosting a launch event at Lappeenranta on September 6, 2022. A portable, modular house placed at the harbour of Lappeenranta will serve as the venue for the event. Finnish television director and former MTV host Päiviö Pyysalo will attend the launch event along with the Director of the City of Lappeenranta, and representatives from Digita, Hyvivointi Saraste and the Hoivita team. The innovative launch event will be streamed live and will include a panel discussion by experts on the digitization of health care. 

Olokoto’s modular house will be placed at the port in Lappeenranta and will have a spectacular view of Lake Saimaa. Päiviö Pyysalo will be staying at the house as the guest of honour for the night. The theme of the launch event is to demonstrate Hovita’s remote health monitoring solutions and share real-time data about vitals, night movements and the surrounding environment in their One View UI. Home care companies and public sector healthcare organizations are also invited to come and try Hoivita’s solutions first-hand.
